The LED Safety Bollard is an aluminium and polycarbonate bollard with integrated LED light to increase the visibility of the bollard at night.

The LED is activated by a light sensor when light levels fall to 100 lux or lower, and switch off when light levels increase above 100 lux. The LED’s can be blinking/flashing or steady. By incorporating a LED into the bollard, the following risks are reduced;

• riders being injured by riding into a bollard in the evening or early hours of the morning
• pedestrians walking or running into bollards in the evening or early hours of the morning
• drivers driving into or reversing into bollards in laneways, alleyways or when reversing near critical equipment that is protected with bollards.

Three different mount types are available enabling you to affix the bollards to different types of surfaces.

The Vivacity LED Safety Bollard Head can be fitted to existing bollards to increase their visibility at night.
